Kitchen Assistant

Location:

Holdingham Grange, Sleaford

Salary:

12.25 per hour + a wide range of benefits (see below)

Hours:

Part-time, 25 hours per week (including every other weekend, varying shifts between 8am earliest start and 7pm latest finish)

We are now looking for a

Kitchen Assistant

to join our supportive and friendly team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in all areas of the kitchen. Thoroughly wash and care for all kitchen equipment. Ensure the best use is made of materials issued. Report all defects, damages, and breakages to the Chef/Assistant Cook. Support the day-to-day running of kitchen duties. Assist with the preparation of vegetables, sandwiches, and other food items. Ensure all kitchen and ancillary rooms are cleaned as per the cleaning schedule. Work flexibly across different areas as required. Always maintain a clean, ironed, and presentable uniform.
