Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and disposing of waste properly. Follow food safety guidelines to ensure that all food is stored, handled, and prepared safely. Help with serving meals during busy periods or special events, ensuring that presentation meets our quality standards. Participate in catering events as required, contributing to the overall success of the service provided. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations and effective communication.

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen environment or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential. A passion for cooking and a willingness to learn about culinary techniques and food preparation methods. Knowledge of food safety practices and hygiene standards is highly desirable. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team. Flexibility to assist with various tasks as needed, including catering services and meal preparation.
