Northampton We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant/Cook to join our team.
The ideal candidate will assist in food preparation, catering services, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness.
Duties
- Support Head Chef in meal preparation and service
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping vegetables, preparing sauces etc
- Help with catering orders and ensuring timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
- Assist the Head chef in various culinary tasks
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is advantageous
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques is desirable
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Willingness to learn and support the kitchen team
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: 8.60-13.40 per hour
Work Location: In person
