Nuwairah's is a growing restaurant known for quality food and excellent service. We're expanding our kitchen team and are looking for motivated individuals who want to build a career in cooking. No professional chef experience required -- full training will be provided!

Position: Kitchen Staff / Trainee Chef

This role is perfect for someone passionate about food, hardworking, and eager to learn. You will start with general kitchen duties and gradually train to become a chef.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist chefs with food preparation and cooking Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen Follow food hygiene and safety procedures Help with stock checks and receiving deliveries Learn recipes, techniques, and food presentation Support the kitchen team during busy periods
Requirements:

Passion for food and interest in becoming a chef Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good teamwork and communication skills Reliability and strong work ethic Evening and weekend availability
