30,000 basic + commission | OTE 45,000-55,000 | Company Car Included

We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Kitchen & Bathroom Sales Design Consultant

to join our team as we launch our

new kitchen and bathroom showroom

, built onto our long-established and highly successful

stove and fireplace showroom

.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident designer-salesperson who enjoys creating inspiring spaces, building relationships, and helping grow a department within an already successful business.

The Role

You will manage the full customer journey, from initial enquiry through to completed design and sale, while also helping to develop new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

Designing kitchens and bathrooms tailored to each customer's needs and lifestyle Managing the full sales process from enquiry to order Producing designs using

CAD software

(any major package) Advising on layouts, products, finishes, and practical installation considerations Working Saturdays as part of the showroom rota Actively building relationships with

interior designers, property developers, builders, and architects

Helping to generate repeat and referral business Liaising closely with installers and the wider team to ensure smooth project delivery

About You

Proven experience in

kitchen and/or bathroom sales and design

Confident using

CAD design software

(specific software not essential) Strong consultative sales approach with excellent customer service skills Comfortable networking and developing professional relationships Self-motivated, organised, and commercially minded Passionate about design and creating high-quality spaces

What We Offer

30,000 basic salary + commission

On-target earnings of 45,000-55,000
