Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, self-motivated team member to join our small, friendly team based in our Showroom in Hove to design and sell our outstanding kitchen and bathroom ranges.

Responsibilities

Visit customers to take room measurements for designs
Create designs using various design programmes
Produce quotes for customers
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Maintain client records
Answer client questions about terms, products, prices and availability
Address potential challenges and suggest solutions
Requirements

Genuine interest in kitchens/bathrooms
Self-motivated
Successful previous experience in kitchen/ bathroom design and sales
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Dedication to providing great customer service
Strong organisational skills with a problem-solving attitude
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
