Job Overview

As our On-Site Spray Painter, you will be responsible for preparing, masking, and spray-painting kitchen cabinets, drawers, and other millwork on location. You'll work closely with our design and installation teams to ensure every project meets the highest standards of finish and durability.

Key Responsibilities

Surface Prep:

Clean, degrease, sand, and prime cabinetry using professional tools (e.g., Mirka DEXOS sander).

Masking & Protection:

Accurately mask off countertops, walls, and hardware to prevent overspray.

Spray Application:

Operate an HVLP spray system (turbine or compressor-fed) to apply primers and topcoats, ensuring even coverage and a smooth finish.

Quality Control:

Inspect surfaces between coats for imperfections; perform touch-ups and final inspections.

Clean-Up & Maintenance:

Dismantle, clean, and maintain spray equipment and keep the worksite tidy.
Requirements

Minimum 2 years' experience with HVLP spray guns and on-site painting of cabinetry or furniture. Familiarity with 2K primers and topcoats (waterborne). Strong attention to detail--able to achieve a factory-perfect finish. Comfortable working in occupied homes; respectful, clean, and personable.
Nice to Have

Basic understanding of kitchen joinery and installation workflows.
