A fantastic opportunity for a passionate CDP to join our experienced and talented kitchen brigade.
Set in the heart of Marylebone, KIMA is a sea food restaurant offering a la carte and fin to gill tasting menus, combining the contemporary culinary perspective with the famous Greek hospitality. We pride ourselves in the quality of our food, cooking with the freshest, seasonal, high-quality ingredients, creating dishes that reflect our Greek culinary heritage embracing the 'use-all, waste-not' philosophy.
You will be expected to work at highest level and capable of working through a busy a la carte service. Having previous good experience and knowledge on fish and sea food would be highly recommended. Staff will be fully trained by our team of Senior Chefs, and they will learn new techniques and methods of cooking.
Salary: up to 35,100 per year
Hours: Approximately 50 hours per week
