We are opening a new Japanese restaurant and sushi bar. We are seeking a skilled and passionate people to join our vibrant culinary team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food preparation and culinary arts, with a particular focus on sushi and Japanese cuisine. Duties

Prepare and assemble hot food dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and handled in accordance with food safety regulations Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the sushi station, adhering to health and safety guidelines Assist in the development of new sushi recipes and menu items to enhance customer offerings Monitor stock levels of ingredients and communicate needs for replenishment Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during busy periods Serve dishes with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction and positive dining experiences

Requirements:

No previous experience required (training provided) Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Punctual and reliable Right to live and work in the UK
