To directly manage the food/beverage preparation and oversee the provision of a high-quality kitchen service of food to the residents, within the planned menu and any budget constraints. To work in partnership with residents, encouraging choice, participation, and motivation, always adhering to the values of the service user. To take direct responsibility for food/beverage preparation and the provision of high-quality meals and drinks. To ensure a consistent, safe service in the provision of food to the residents. To assist in creating menus within any budget constraints.
