We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff and kitchen assistant to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our establishment, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring smooth operations within the front of house. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for the culinary arts and possess excellent customer service skills.

Duties

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Assist with seating arrangements and manage reservations efficiently. Provide menu information and recommendations to guests, showcasing knowledge of our offerings. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and utensils. Adhere to food safety standards during food preparation and service. Assist in catering events as required, contributing to meal preparation and service. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety practices and food preparation techniques is advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team setting. A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed. A willingness to assist in kitchen duties when required, demonstrating versatility within the role.
