We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Team Member to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will assist in food preparation and contribute to the overall efficiency of our kitchen operations.
Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Support chefs and other kitchen staff in various tasks as required, including serving drinks plating, and serving dishes.
Help with inventory management by restocking supplies and reporting any shortages to management.
Participate in the cleaning of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to uphold hygiene standards.
Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service periods.
Skills
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is desirable but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality food presentation.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
Good communication skills to work effectively within a team.
