Bike and Boot is a new leisure-orientated hotel brand for the 21st Century that directly addresses the UK leisure market in a way that no other operator is presently doing. It has a modern approach to the general consumer market and it addresses well-defined consumer groups.

Bike and Boot includes:

. A Budget-Luxe hotel with design-led bedrooms.

. Self check-in & check-out.

. A Retreat lounge for resident guests only, providing complimentary refreshments 24-hrs a day.

. A Bareca - an all-day bar and grill operation, trading to the local market as well as hotel guests, with a menu featuring casual all-day food, pizza, pasta and grills - and a host of original cocktails.

. A Wadobi - specialist facilities for walkers, dog owners, cyclists, vintage car drivers and motorcyclists - with secure storage, drying room and maintenance facilities.

. A Film Club - showing films three times a day for hotel guests.

. We are an all day operation Bar/ Cafe/ Restaurant - known as Bareca. We serve breakfast, lunch, dinner and cocktails, operating eighteen hours per day.

. Our Kitchen Hands are part of the kitchen team - producing high quality food to our brand standards and working in close harmony with the rest of the team and other departments.

. To apply brand standards to all our food produce .

. To act in a cooperative way with our colleagues from all departments to enhance our customer experience.

. Coordinate with colleagues creating a positive working environment.

. Apply all safety procedures including food safety, fire safety in the interests of customers and colleagues.

. Integrity - you must be honest and ethical.

. Gratuities are split equally between all staff. This equaties to an addition of 1 per hour of hours worked.
