We're looking to relaunch our kitchen, starting with a simple food offer and growing from there. We'll have a small team, working their full time hours over 4 days - meaning 3 days off per week, so more family time or just downtime. Weekend shifts will be essential.

What we look for in a Kitchen Manager:
As the most senior chef in the kitchen you manage all aspects of the operation, from ordering, to rotas, to stocks and more - The Manager and Deputy Manager will be on hand to help you get started.
