An exciting opportunity for an experienced kitchen professional to run their own street food operation.
We've created a kick arse hot dog brand, developed a menu of proven crowd pleasers and launched in Central London location, but that's just the beginning.
We need a partner with smarts and hustle to help us roll out the brand to multiple kitchen locations, starting with our residency in a bar in Spitalfields Market.
You'll need to be sharp, confident and professional, and have an excellent grasp of the economics and the people management side of running a kitchen.
We have opportunities to take the brand to multiple locations including pop-ups, street food markets, residencies and food halls, and need a partner to help drive the business forward with the motivation to nail the day to day while having the ambition and hustle to be proactive to help the brand expand.

Responsibilities
Recruiting kitchen team (including for new sites as we expand).
Managing kitchen staff and rotas to ensure kitchen operates throughout the week.
Lead and uphold standards in food preparation, cooking processes and presentation.
Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food safety practices, and customer service.
Develop and evolve menus periodically, in partnership with directors.
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean, organised kitchen environment.
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs effectively to agreed criteria.
Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain high standards of hospitality to enhance the overall dining experience for guests.
Skills
Proven kitchen management skills, ideally you've run your own gig previously.
Strong background in food production with a focus on quality and consistency.
Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods.
Creativity in menu development.
Knowledge of hospitality practices to enhance guest satisfaction.
Strong leadership abilities to guide the kitchen team effectively.
In-depth understanding of food safety regulations and best practices.
Previous independent restaurant experience is highly desirable, particularly in fast-paced environments where you have had to rely on your skills, either solo or in a small team.
Salary
Starting salary of 28k, with opportunity to earn 45k+ with profit share.
