Kitchen Manager
, with high standards and a true passion for great food and people, to join our young and expanding farmily! In charge of the daily kitchen operations, costs, health and safety, productivity and food quality, the Kitchen Manager will also be responsible for the kitchen team performance and development.
What We Offer:
Salary between 36,000 - 40,500 (based on experience and shop type).
20% quarterly bonus up to 60%, based on performance and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
Delivering the highest food quality from prep to cook.
Recruiting, training, coaching and developing the kitchen team.
Managing all aspects of the kitchen health & safety in accordance with the law.
Keeping the operational costs within budget.

Qualifications
Proven experience in kitchen management and supervision
Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and safety
Background in restaurant and hospitality environments
Leadership abilities to effectively manage kitchen staff
Knowledge of food production and cooking techniques
Relevant experience in bartending or as a barista is a plus
