We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to oversee our culinary operations. Duties

Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food production, preparation, and presentation. Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in the kitchen at all times. Develop menus that reflect seasonal availability and customer preferences while managing food costs effectively. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction. Implement training programs for new hires to uphold culinary standards and hospitality values.

Skills

Extensive experience in food production, cooking, and serving within a restaurant setting. Strong management skills with proven supervising experience in a kitchen environment. Culinary experience with a passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences. Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations to ensure compliance within the kitchen. Leadership qualities that inspire team members to perform at their best while promoting a positive work culture. Barista experience is an advantage, enhancing our beverage offerings alongside food service.
