Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced
Kitchen Manager
to lead our back-of-house operations. As the Kitchen Manager, you will ensure smooth kitchen performance, uphold food quality and presentation standards, and lead a team in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient workspace. You'll play a vital role in delivering our brand promise of luxurious, memorable desserts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead daily shift operations, ensuring consistency and excellence in food preparation and presentation.
Train, supervise, and motivate staff to meet high standards of service and hygiene.
Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock control to minimize waste and costs.
Maintain strict adherence to food safety, cleanliness, and health & safety regulations.
Collaborate with shift managers to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.
Monitor kitchen performance and implement improvements for efficiency and quality control.
Support the introduction of new menu items and seasonal specials through training and execution.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or similar role in a high-paced food environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene standards (Level 2 or 3 Food Safety certification preferred).
Passion for desserts and delivering exceptional culinary experiences.
Ability to work under pressure and handle high-volume service periods.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Must already be living and have right to work in the UK
