We are seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our Street Food team in delivering exceptional experiences. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation. Duties

Supervise and manage the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation Oversee food production to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to recipes and standards Lead and motivate the team, fostering a positive and productive working environment Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness Manage inventory, order supplies, and control food costs effectively Train staff on proper cooking techniques, food safety procedures, and customer service standards Monitor customer feedback to continuously improve food quality and service standards

Requirements

Proven supervising experience within a professional kitchen environment, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting Extensive culinary experience with strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and presentation Demonstrable leadership qualities with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team Solid understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in hygiene management Experience in food production planning, and cost control Excellent organisational skills with the ability to work under pressure during peak hours Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with staff and management Previous restaurant experience is essential; hospitality background is highly desirable A passion for delivering outstanding dining experiences through innovative cuisine and excellent service

Pay: 29,500.00-30,500.00 per year
