Duties:
- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities in a restaurant setting
- Create and develop new menu items based on customer preferences and seasonal availability of ingredients as the Head Chef
- Ensure that all food preparation meets quality standards and health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed do costings and work within budgets
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Skills:
- Proven experience as a Chef/Cook or in a similar role in a restaurant setting
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques and cooking methods
- Strong leadership skills able to work in Kitchen Alone with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Creativity and innovation in menu planning and recipe development

Also excited to do pop-up nights (2 per month extra hours) - We are looking for someone who possibly can help front of house - whether using a till, making coffee (not essential as full training will be given), doing the dishes generally pitching in if needed.
