We are looking for an experienced and motivated Kitchen Manager / Head Chef to lead the kitchen operation at Foxhunter Park. This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering high-quality food, maintaining standards, and managing the kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage day-to-day kitchen operations
Prepare and deliver high-quality, consistent food service
Manage kitchen staff, rotas, and training
Control stock, ordering, food costs, and wastage
Ensure full compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards
Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and 5-star presentation standards
Work closely with park management to support events and peak trading periods
What We're Looking For
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good knowledge of food safety, allergen control, and hygiene regulations
Ability to work under pressure in a busy, seasonal environment
Passion for quality food and high standards
