This brilliant, super sustainable East London based catering company are going from strength to strength. Known for their creative, colourful and seasonal menus which are often veggie or vegan. Their events range from 20 - 500 guests and during a busy week there could be 15 + events on.
As they continue to grow, they're looking for a brilliant kitchen leader. You're super organised with a love for operations. You'll need to have experience leading chefs in kitchens and be up for coming in building a great culture.
You'll be responsible for managing the team, on-boarding, training and appraising chefs. You'll create training and dev plans for the teams, be responsible for the quality and efficiency of food coming from the kitchen. You'll oversee ordering and financials, from suppliers to labour costs. This is a great opportunity if you're looking to get involved in operations, as with the companies exciting growth for the right person there is lots of career development.
This is a Monday - Friday daytime role. This role is a hands off, admin focused role where you can support the owner with the leadership aspects of the business and build and nurture a lovely kitchen team.
