We are small, family owned pub/ restaurant based in the Cotswolds seeking a full time Kitchen Porter to join our kitchen team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality sector, combined with a passion to learn and grow in a professional and caring environment where wellbeing and support and sit within our core values.
Main duties will include
- Assist our Chef in basic with basic food preparation and production, under guidance of senior kitchen staff and management.
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and regulations
- Support in various aspects of kitchen operations, including, plating, and cleaning
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes
Ideal skills include
- Proficiency in food basic preparation
- Understanding of food safety standards
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Previous experience in both food preparation and the hospitality sector would be advantage, although training will be provided.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From 11.55 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
