We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter this is a a full time position requiring weekday and evening shifts to be covered you must be able to work alongside other team members follow instruction in a bustling restaurant environment. The Kitchen Porter plays a vital role in supporting the kitchen staff, ensuring that the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently.

Duties

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and pans. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored correctly after use. Help with the delivery and storage of food supplies, ensuring proper stock rotation. Support chefs during busy service periods by providing assistance where needed. Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Participate in regular cleaning schedules to uphold hygiene standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen is preferred . Ability to work effectively as part of a team within a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Good communication skills to interact with kitchen staff effectively. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.
