Job Description
We're looking for a part-time Kitchen Porter to join our busy team in the acclaimed Coq & Bull brasserie at the Clandeboye Lodge. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of kitchen hygiene at all times.

Your main duties will include:
Washing dishes, utensils and kitchen equipment Cleaning kitchen appliances, work surfaces and floors Assisting with general cleaning and hygiene duties to maintain a safe and efficient kitchen environment
Essential Requirements:
Have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude Be reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Be flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends
