Primacy Meats Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic & energetic Kitchen Porter for our busy Farmshop kitchen located in Bangor, Co. Down.
The Kitchen Porter is responsible for performing routine kitchen tasks such as cleaning, stocking inventory, and maintaining the condition of the kitchen and dining areas.
Rota:
Working 3 days per week from 9am - 5pm (additional hours will be required at busy times)
More about the Role:
Responsible for ensuring all items of crockery, cutlery and glassware are washed properly, dried and stored correctly
Cleaning pots, pans and equipment and storing correctly
Lend a hand with kitchen food prep as required
Ensure kitchen bins are emptied regularly
Maintain clean work areas, including back of house, kitchen, pot wash areas
Maintain clean work surfaces, walls and floors
Check in and Unload food deliveries when they arrive
Responsibility for ensuring the storeroom / areas are organised, clean & tidy
Responsible for thorough clean down of kitchen at end of shift
Other duties as required

Have a can do attitude, capable of working in a fast paced kitchen
Able to lift full trays, stand for long periods of time, bend, reach & pull - this is a physical role with some heavy lifting involved.
