We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kitchen Porter to join our dynamic team in a vibrant hospitality environment. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in supporting our culinary team by ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities

Assist with the preparation of ingredients for cooking and food presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, pots, and pans. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Help chefs with basic food preparation tasks as required. Support the culinary team during busy service periods by providing assistance where needed. Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment at all times. Assist with stock rotation and inventory management to minimise waste.

Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is preferred but not essential; we welcome those eager to learn. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and an understanding of kitchen operations is advantageous. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well within a team are essential qualities. An interest in culinary arts or cooking is highly desirable.

Pay: 12.50 per hour
