Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and food preparation areas.
Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation tasks as needed.
Wash, dry, and store kitchen utensils, pots, pans, and equipment efficiently.
Ensure that all waste is disposed of properly and recycling procedures are followed.
Help organise deliveries and stock supplies in the kitchen.
Support the culinary team during busy service periods by providing assistance as required.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the kitchen environment.
Skills
Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is advantageous but not essential.
