Responsibilities include -
Wash crockery and utensils
Daily clean of kitchen areas
Keep store areas neat and tidy
Keep refrigeration and freezers organised
Report failing equipment to supervisor
Report Health & Safety hazards to Supervisor
Communicate effectively with staff
