Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and pans. Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by chefs, including chopping vegetables and preparing ingredients. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Help organise the kitchen by keeping workstations tidy and well-stocked with necessary supplies. Support the culinary team during service by providing assistance as needed. Dispose of waste correctly and maintain recycling practices within the kitchen. Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is desirable but not essential. A keen interest in culinary arts and food preparation. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills and a positive attitude towards helping others. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 35 per week
