Kitchen Porter

Additional Pay:

Service charges typically add

0.80-1.00 per hour

on top of the hourly rate.

We are looking for hardworking, reliable Kitchen Porters to join our team. This is a key back-of-house role supporting the chefs and ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly, cleanly and safely at all times.

The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to work confidently in a fast-paced environment as part of a small and friendly team. This role offers an excellent entry point for anyone interested in developing a career in the chef or hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain the washing-up area to a clean, organised and efficient standard Operate the industrial dishwasher and ensure all crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are cleaned and stored correctly Assist with general cleaning duties throughout the kitchen Support the chefs with basic daily food preparation when required Ensure work areas, floors, surfaces and equipment remain hygienic and safe Follow all health, safety and food hygiene guidelines
