We are looking for a hard working and reliable person to join our kitchen team in our family run bar & restaurant, 3 days a week during lunchtime service hours. We serve food 12pm to 3pm so hours would be Tuesday to Friday 11:30am until approximately 4pm. Extra hours/overtime for busier days and private functions/events.
Wash crockery, pots, pans & kitchen utensils.
Food handling and food preparation.
Daily clean of kitchen areas and keeping refrigerators and freezers clean.
Checking and putting deliveries away and reporting any stock shortages to line manager.
Report failing equipment to head chef.
Be punctual, hard working and flexible.
Be a good team player and have excellent communication skills.
Adhere to all health and safety legislation.
Cleaning of kitchen equipment.
Health & hygiene certificate would be an advantage. Full training will be given upon hiring.
