What you'll do

Assist with food preparation tasks, ensuring ingredients are ready for the culinary team. Maintain high standards of cleanliness by washing dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Support the cooking staff by bussing tables and ensuring that the dining area is tidy and welcoming. Participate in banquet setups and breakdowns, contributing to successful events. Handle food safely and responsibly, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations during peak service times. Assist with catering services as needed, providing excellent food service to guests. Contribute to a positive hospitality environment by supporting fellow team members and fostering teamwork. Assort deliveries Arranging/cleaning stock rooms and work areas

Basic qualifications

Strong work ethic with a passion for the culinary arts. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Preferred qualifications

Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations. Experience in banquet service or catering is a plus. Culinary training or hospitality experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
