We are looking for a reliable and experienced kitchen porter to join our busy and friendly kitchen team. This is a hands on role in a fast paced environment, ideal for someone who takes pride in keeping a kitchen running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen.
Washing dishes, pots, pans and kitchen equipment efficiently.
Assisting chefs with basic food prep when required.
Ensuring all health and safety and food hygiene regulations are followed.
Keeping storage areas organised and tidy.
Supporting the kitchen team during busy service periods, including events and banqueting.
What we are looking for:
Previous experience as a kitchen porter is essential.
A strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Ability to work well as part of a team
Good timekeeping and reliability.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and busy service times.
