Responsibilities



Assist with basic food preparation tasks under supervision, including washing vegetables and organising ingredients. Support chefs with cooking activities as required, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including washing dishes, pots, pans, and utensils promptly and efficiently. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned, stored correctly, and maintained in good condition. Organise and restock supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours. Follow strict hygiene protocols to uphold health standards within the kitchen environment. Support serving staff during busy periods by assisting with clearing tables and replenishing supplies as needed.

Requirements



Applicants MUST be able to work weekends and be flexible throughout weekdays



Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or hospitality is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided. Knowledge of restaurant or hotel kitchen operations is desirable. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation. Good organisational skills with attention to detail. Willingness to learn new skills related to culinary preparation and kitchen management. A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team setting. Flexibility to work shifts as required, including weekends or evenings if necessary. Pay: 95.68-120.00 per day
