As we relaunch our weddings and events offering, we are proud to provide a versatile venue for a wide range of occasions--from elegant weddings and private celebrations to professional business events.

Kitchen Porter

Duties:

Assist in the preparation of mise en place.

Maintain a clean and organised work area, including washing dishes, sanitising surfaces, and storing ingredients properly.

Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies.

Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operation and timely service.

Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Follow a daily cleaning schedule.

Clean heavy equipment

Have a good knowledge of chemicals

Experience:

- Previous experience in a kitchen.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures.
- Familiarity with dish preparation techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
