The Role: We're looking for a passionate Kitchen Leader to guide our culinary team as we embark on this new venture. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for food, and some chefing experience to bring our brunch menu to life.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the kitchen operations for our new brunch service.
Collaborate with management to implement a brunch menu that aligns with our brand's standards.
Train and mentor kitchen team on new menu items and fundamental kitchen techniques.
Ensure the highest quality of food presentation and preparation.
Manage inventory and order supplies while maintaining strong margins.
Uphold kitchen hygiene standards and comply with safety procedures. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a kitchen based role, with a focus on breakfast/brunch menus preferred.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
A very keen eye when it comes to attention to detail.
