Job Description

Join our friendly, hard-working Railway Restaurant kitchen team. Be responsible for the efficient and effective use of the dishwasher as well as assisting with the preparation of high-quality food using fresh ingredients. We are looking for an outgoing individual with the desire to do a job well, contributing to the effective running of the restaurant kitchen on a daily basis.

Key Duties

Dishwashing & Waste Management: Operate the dishwasher and recycle waste efficiently. Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the kitchen and restaurant areas tidy to our high standards. Support Service: Clear tables quickly to keep our customers comfortable and ensure smooth service. Assist with Food Preparation: Support the kitchen team in preparing and serving food and drinks, especially during peak times.
The key duties list is not exhaustive we require you to be flexible and carry out tasks according to the requirements of the company.

What We're Looking For:

Flexible Schedule: Availability to work most bank holidays, every other weekend (on a rota), and some evenings for special events. Attention to Cleanliness & Hygiene: Maintain high personal and work hygiene standards as required by Food Hygiene Regulations.
Who You'll Work With:

Collaborate with our close-knit, hardworking team and report to the Kitchen Manager, Catering Director, and Senior Management.
