We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our dynamic hospitality team. Duties

Wash, clean, and sanitise all kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, and equipment to ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Assist with basic food preparation tasks under supervision, including peeling, chopping, and organising ingredients. Support the kitchen team during service hours by ensuring the timely availability of clean items. Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the kitchen, including floors, surfaces, and storage areas. Dispose of waste responsibly and ensure recycling procedures are followed. Restock supplies as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Follow health and safety regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates. Familiarity with basic food preparation or culinary activities is desirable. Experience in serving or working within a busy kitchen environment will be considered a plus. A keen interest in developing skills within food preparation, cooking, or hospitality sectors is preferred. Pay: 12.75-14.75 per hour
