Duties

Assist with food preparation and cooking tasks, following recipes and guidelines to ensure quality. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including washing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and proper food storage. Support banquet events by preparing food items and assisting in serving during busy service times. Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow and communication. Participate in inventory management by helping with stock rotation and reporting any shortages. Adhere to health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment for everyone. Provide exceptional support to the front-of-house team by assisting with food service as needed.

Skills

Previous experience in restaurant or kitchen environments is a plus but not mandatory. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and guests. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with food handling practices and safety regulations is beneficial. Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 16 per week
