Duties



Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment. Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring ingredients are ready for use. Organise and store kitchen supplies, ensuring all items are easily accessible and properly labelled. Help maintain inventory levels by reporting shortages of supplies to management. Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by providing assistance wherever necessary. Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff members. Participate in regular cleaning schedules, including deep cleaning tasks as required.

Requirements



Previous experience in a kitchen environment is advantageous but not essential; a willingness to learn is key. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude. A passion for hospitality and commitment to delivering high-quality service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.

Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
