Duties
Assist with food preparation tasks as directed by chefs and cooks.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces.
Ensure all dishes, pots, and pans are washed and stored properly.
Help with the organisation of stock and supplies in the kitchen.
Support the culinary team during busy service periods by providing assistance as needed.
Adhere to health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
Assist with the disposal of waste and recycling in accordance with company policies.
Skills
Experience in a hotel or restaurant kitchen is desirable but not essential.
