Duties
Washing and sanitising dishes, utensils, pots, and pans to ensure a hygienic kitchen environment
Assisting with basic food preparation tasks as directed by chefs or kitchen supervisors
Maintaining cleanliness of work surfaces, floors, and storage areas within the kitchen
Supporting with waste disposal and recycling procedures in line with health and safety standards
Restocking supplies and ensuring all equipment is stored correctly after use
Assisting with general kitchen organisation to facilitate smooth operations during service periods
Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times to maintain a safe working environment
Skills
Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or hospitality environments is advantageous but not essential
