Job Description
Kitchen Porter with cleaning duties -Fixed Term Contract until end of February, 5 days per week, weekend work must be included. Hours between 7am - 7pm.
Millets Farm is looking for a full time Kitchen Porter with cleaning duties based in our Farmhouse Kitchen Restaurant and Rose Cottage Cafe, located at Sprouts Play Barn.
This is a very active role which requires somebody who is physically fit with a strong work ethic.
Duties:
Cleaning dishes Working with large dishwashers General cleaning of the restaurant and cafe areas General cleaning on site before opening, including toilets, mopping floors and other area's that may need assistance Basic food preparations, assisting with pizzas/ fruit pots and other items
It is important during the busy lunch service that the kitchen always has clean items when needed so being organised to manage the workload is a must. An understanding of the importance of good personal and food hygiene and an eye for detail are essential to maintain the high standards of cleanliness our customers expect.
Please note this is a full time, FTC, and candidates must be flexible with the hours and days that they work.
Live in possible in a shared static home.
Part-Time applicants for a job share will be considered.
