We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen, including washing dishes, pots, and pans. Ensure all kitchen equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use. Polishing cutleries and glasses. Adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of hygiene at all times. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred, ideally within restaurants or hotels. Basic culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques are advantageous. Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards hospitality and service. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required. A passion for food and a desire to learn more about the culinary arts is highly valued.
