Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation tasks as needed.
Ensure that all kitchen supplies are stocked and readily available for use.
Dispose of waste properly and maintain hygiene standards in compliance with health regulations.
Support the kitchen team during service periods by helping with basic food assembly and plating.
Follow all safety and sanitation procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Assist with receiving deliveries and storing food items appropriately.
Qualifications
