Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join our team at The Freemasons at Wiswell. In this role, you will support our kitchen operations, ensuring cleanliness and organization to help us deliver outstanding dining experiences. Your contribution will be vital to maintaining our high standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including washing dishes and utensils. Assist with basic food preparation tasks. Support the kitchen team in keeping workstations organized and sanitized. Ensure proper disposal of waste and recycling. Help with stock rotation and storage as needed. Follow health and safety regulations diligently. Support the team during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant environment is preferred. Strong attention to cleanliness and organization. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Good communication skills and a positive attitude. Flexibility to support various tasks as needed. Knowledge of health and safety standards relevant to food service is a plus.
