Are you ready to be a hero behind the scenes? Our Kitchen Porters are the unsung champions of our back-of-house team. In this role, you'll perform general cleaning duties and manage pot-washing machinery to ensure an exceptional guest experience. You'll keep our back-of-house areas sparkling clean and adhere to Health & Safety guidelines, including the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH).
Key Responsibilities:
Keep the kitchen spotless
: Maintain a clean and tidy kitchen.
Shine and polish
: Clean all kitchen equipment.
Sanitise like a pro
: Sanitise food preparation areas.
Trash duty
: Remove and clean refuse areas.
Get hands-on
: Assist with basic food preparation as needed.
Delivery day
: Unload food and equipment deliveries.
Chef's sidekick
: Support chefs with daily tasks.
Health advocate
: Promote good working practices in line with public health guidelines.
Role Summary:
