We are seeking a Kitchen Porter at Hetland Hall Hotel.

Part of the award-winning, family-owned RAD Hotel Group, Hetland Hall Hotel is a beautiful country house hotel located in the heart of Dumfries and Galloway. We are passionate about providing our guests with unforgettable experiences and are looking for a passionate and motivated Kitchen Porter to join our established kitchen team.

What you'll be doing:

Cleaning all crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils within the kitchen area. Cleaning kitchen areas as instructed. Assisting with basic food preparation as directed by the Head Chef. Carrying out any other duties as required by the Head Chef.

What we're looking for:

Experience as a kitchen porter or cleaner is preferred but not essential. Hard-working, reliable, and willing to learn. Professional in appearance and attitude. Flexible with working hours, including weekends, due to the nature of the role.
