Support chefs during busy service periods by assisting with basic cooking tasks as required. Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements

Previous experience in a kitchen environment is preferred but not essential; we welcome candidates eager to learn. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and basic cooking skills is advantageous. Experience in a restaurant or hotel setting will be considered a plus. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential for maintaining cleanliness standards. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
